Term of membership is from the date of sign-up and payment through the conclusion of the current tour.

By registering, you agree to adhere to any safety guidelines put in place at the time of the event. Even with necessary safety precautions in place, no event is ever risk-free, therefore each group is ultimately responsible for their own health and should plan accordingly.

Membership is per individual and is non-transferable. ID may be required at each event.

Membership is non-refundable.

Tour is not responsible for dates that cancel due to weather or circumstances beyond control of the tour. If a date cancels due to one of these reasons, member may choose another Winter Jam city in 2024 for their free entrance.

Free admission is for one show per membership, per term and must be selected during the sign-up process and MUST be the first show attended.

Member must enter through the designated Jam Nation entrance. Entrances will be clearly marked at each venue. The Jam Nation entrance will open for JAM NATION Members 2 hours prior to show start time and remain open for all Jam Nation members for 1 hour, after which exclusive right to secure seats cannot be guaranteed.

JAM NATION Members must select seat of their choice prior to the general doors opening on day of show. Tour is not responsible for saving seats for members and there are no reserved seats or sections for members. Some restrictions may apply to seat selection based on existing venue contracts, tour promotions, etc.

Members may not save additional seats. Venue security and tour personnel will ask you to remove any signs, or personal items being used to save seats.

Member must have either their Jam Nation pass or confirmation email present for admission through the designated Jam Nation venue entrance. ID may be required for admission. Only purchasing member may use the pass for admission.

Member shall receive a voucher for $5 off any Winter Jam Tour merchandise purchase. This does not include artist merchandise. This voucher can only be redeemed at a live event with a minimum $20 purchase and you must present your voucher at time of purchase.

Artists participating in the Jam Nation Q&A are subject to change and are scheduled at the discretion of the tour.

Multiple show admission allows Individual Platinum and MAX members to receive Platinum membership benefits at each show (including early admission through the Jam Nation entrance with their pass or email confirmation, seats of their choice, early bird merchandise shopping, etc.). Platinum members must pay $15 for subsequent shows and MAX members can enter for free. Be sure to bring your Jam Nation pass and photo ID to take advantage of this benefit.

In order for Jam Nation members to take advantage of early admission, choice seating, Jam Nation Q&A, and early bird merchandise shopping, member must be at the Jam Nation entrance during the exclusive entry time, prior to General Public doors opening. Tour is not responsible for delays in getting to the venue or the Jam Nation entrance, including traffic, parking, security checkpoints, etc. Please allow ample time for traffic and parking. The Winter Jam Tour is not held liable if Jam Nation Members arrive later then this designated time and aren't able to select prime seats. No refunds or exchanges allowed.

Tour will not sell or give member email address to any business or individuals. Tour may, from time to time, send email offers from tour partners that tour believes member may be interested in. Member may opt-out of email list, but tour is not responsible for missed communication regarding membership, tour date details, etc.

Jam Nation Group Basic and Group Platinum memberships will allow for early and free admittance to only one Jam Tour show per term.

Jam Nation memberships are available for purchase online only and are not available at the venue. Each category of Jam Nation membership has a limited allotment for each city and will be unavailable once that allotment is reached.
