No. Your membership is for you and you alone and is not transferrable.
No. Your pass is barcoded with your information and cannot be used by another individual for early admission. ID may be required at each venue to confirm membership. If this policy is abused, member may lose membership benefits with no refund.
Your t-shirt, pass and merchandise discount voucher will be mailed to you once you join JAM NATION. If you join JAM NATION within 2 weeks of your show choice, you will pick up your materials at the JAM NATION entrance upon entry.
While most orders ship within one week, please allow 2 weeks for delivery. If you do not receive your items within two weeks of your order, please email jamnationinfo@jamtour.com. Winter Jam will make every effort to have your order to you before your show. However if shipping is delayed and order is not received you may still receive early entry by printing a temporary pass.
You will need either your JAM NATION Collectable Pass or your e-mail confirmation. ID may be required to confirm your membership (remember, membership is per individual and is not transferrable.)
All JAM NATION Memberships must be ordered in advance online. But you are more than welcome to purchase a Membership the day of show online, if there are still memberships available. If you order too late to get your pass in the mail, no worries, simply bring your email confirmation for early admission thru the JAM NATION entrance. You can also purchase a JAM NATION Membership online via your cell phone, as long as you can show the receipt on your phone to the JAM NATION Coordinator at the door.

There are four levels of JAM NATION Memberships: the Individual Platinum membership costs $59.99 (+ S&H); the Group Platinum membership costs $49.99 per person (+ S&H); the Individual MAX membership costs $149.99 per person (+ S&H); and the Group Basic membership costs $39.99 per person (+ S&H).
JAM NATION is not a ticket, it is an exclusive membership with many benefits. All proceeds of JAM NATION help offset the overall operating costs of The Winter Jam Tour. The revenue from JAM NATION helps us maintain a high quality ministry-focused concert experience while offering an incredibly affordable general admission price of $15 at the door.
No! This year you will be able to pay a $15 donation at the doors to enter Winter Jam. Jam Nation Members are able to enter early to pick their preferred seat.
16. Can I Save Seats?
No. You must be a JAM NATION Member to receive the benefits of selecting a choice seat prior to general public admission. Venue security and tour personnel will ask you to remove any signs, or personal items being used to save seats for anyone not already present in the venue.
If you are attending a Thursday or Friday show, the JAM NATION Entrance will be open exclusively for JAM NATION members from 5:00PM - 6:00PM. If you are attending a Saturday show, the JAM NATION Entrance will be open exclusively for JAM NATION Members from 4:00PM - 5:00PM. If you are attending a Sunday show, the JAM NATION Entrance will be open exclusively for JAM NATION Members from 3:00PM - 4:00PM. These times could vary depending on the venue regulations, so please check your email confirmation and the times listed on jamtour.com for more details.
Due to day of show schedules and commitments, Winter Jam cannot guarantee which artist or artists will attend the Q&A. In general, there will be 2-3 main stage artists per night. The Q&A will last between 10-20 minutes depending on the day of show schedule.
The JAM NATION Q&A is scheduled to take place at 5:40PM on Thursdays and Fridays, 4:40PM on Saturdays and 3:40PM on Sundays. Times may vary depending on day of show schedule and commitments. The artists will be on the main stage answering your questions from your seats!

Yes. There are two levels of Group Memberships (for 10 or more ordered at one time): Group Platinum and Group Basic memberships. The Group Platinum membership is $49.99 per member and the Group Basic membership is $39.99 per member. Please note that once group orders are placed they cannot be added to. Please make sure you have accounted for all members of your group before placing order. If additional memberships are needed after your order is placed you may not add to your order, however, Individual Platinum memberships can be ordered in any increment as long as they are still available for your show.
The only difference between Group Platinum and Individual Platinum is that Group passes will all be labeled with one group name and you will not have the opportunity to attend multiple shows through the Jam Nation entrance. Group Basic do not receive a Jam Nation t-shirt and also do not have the opportunity to attend multiple shows through the Jam Nation entrance.
Both levels of Group Memberships will receive free and early entry before the general public doors and discounted Winter Jam merchandise. Group Platinum Members also receive a Jam Nation t-shirt.
Memberships last from the date of payment through the conclusion of the current tour.
Since Jam Nation is a yearly membership with many benefits and not a ticket to one show, refunds will not be issued for cancelled shows, venue changes, artist changes, or other circumstances. You will still receive your Jam Nation t-shirt, collectable pass, and lanyard and may change your free show to any other city on the 2024 tour by emailing jamnationinfo@jamtour.com.
Once JAM NATION Memberships are placed, they may not be changed, added to, or refunded. Please look over your order carefully before submitting and make sure you have everyone in your group accounted for. JAM NATION Members MUST arrive at the JAM NATION entrance during the exclusive Jam Nation entry times (listed on store.jamtour.com). Please allow for traffic and parking time. The Winter Jam Tour is not held liable if JAM NATION members arrive later than the designated time and do not receive premium seating.
